Shipping & Delivery
Since each garment is custom made, please allow two to three weeks for your order to arrive. We will always try to get it to you faster when we can.
As we are a rather small company, we have to update each order by hand to notifiy customers that their items have shipped. If you don't get an email though, don't worry! We promise your purchase is on its way. If you don't receive an order after 4 weeks, please email david@geekcetera.net and we'll take care of you.

Returns & Replacements
If your order is defective or if we sent you the wrong shirt, let us know and we'll take care of you!

Unworn, unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please email david@geekcetera.net before making any returns and we'll be happy to help.

Ordering
To place an order, add any items you may want to your cart and then select check out! After your order is placed, you can check your past orders, under My Account

Promotions
We love promotions! If you have a promotional code or gift card code, enter it at checkout when placing your order.

Viewing Orders
To view a recently placed order, log in with the information provided when you placed your order. Still can't find it though? Send an email to david@geekcetera.net

Updating Account Information
Change addresses? Get a hot new PO Box you want to break in? Changing your account information is easy. Just head to My Account and log in! In there you can find past orders, billing addresses, shipping addresses, and what you'd like us to call you.
